Refund Policy

We want you to feel safe paying up front, so here is exactly where we stand on refunds. In plain words.
Our guarantee
If any part of the build is not right, we fix it at no extra cost, for as long as it takes to make it right. You have our word on that. Our job is not done until the system is built properly, verified, and handed to you.
If we do not deliver
If we fail to build and hand over the system we promised, you are entitled to a refund. If we have not started the work, that is a full refund. If the build is partway and we cannot complete it, we refund the part we did not deliver.
What is not refundable
- Once the system is built, verified, and handed over, the work is complete and the fee is not refundable. It is a custom build made for your business and it lives on your own accounts.
- Advertising results are not a basis for a refund. We do not guarantee sales or revenue, because those depend on your product, offer, and market, not on the system we build. We are honest about this before you pay.
- Your own ad spend is paid by you to Meta and is never part of our fee, so it is outside this policy.
How to raise it
If something is not right, tell us. Email admin@everythingadvert.com or message us on WhatsApp at +234 907 482 5673 and we will make it right or resolve a refund where it applies. We respond in hours, not days.
