Terms of Service

These terms cover your purchase of the Ads Operating System from Everything Adverts (Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria). By paying, you agree to them.

What you get

We build and install a complete advertising system inside your own ad account: we set up and verify your assets, build the ad strategy, launch your first ad, hand you the template we used, and stay by your side for one month of support so you can run it yourself.

Price and payment

The service is a flat fee of 250,000 Naira, paid in full up front through Paystack before work begins. This is a one-off build, not a subscription. Running your ads afterwards (your ad spend) is paid by you, directly to Meta, and is not part of this fee.

Starting the work

By paying, you ask us to begin work straight away. We reach out on WhatsApp to kick off and collect what we need from you.

What we need from you

• Access to your Facebook Page, ad account, Instagram, and any assets we need to build the system.
• A valid payment method connected to your ad account for your own ad spend.
• Timely responses during the build and the support month.

What we promise, and what we do not

We promise to build and install the system properly and to completion. We cannot promise specific sales, revenue, or ad results. Advertising outcomes depend on your product, offer, pricing, budget, and market, which are outside our control. Anyone who guarantees ad results is not being honest with you.

You own it

Everything we build lives on your own accounts and belongs to you: your ad account, your assets, and the template. You are never locked in and you never depend on us to keep running.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the system for anything illegal or anything that breaks Meta's advertising policies. We can decline or stop work that would.

Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to this service is limited to the fee you paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions taken by Meta or Paystack on their platforms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
